Ryoko Owari: City of Lies Episode 42

With a demon on the loose, one of their number recently back from the dead, and one of the most powerful people in the city in jail, the Emerald Magistrates must determine, not only what to do next, but if they even value the same justice. 

In the second largest city in the Emerald Empire, there are four new Emerald Magistrates appointed to enforce the Emperor’s laws. On the top of their list of priorities is find out who killed their predecessor. But can they accomplish their goals without being corrupted by a city that is known as the biggest den of sin in Rokugan?
