The hope to avenge the death of a son drags the Emerald Magistrates into a conflict that will lead to a grave.

In the second largest city in the Emerald Empire, there are four new Emerald Magistrates appointed to enforce the Emperor’s laws. On the top of their list of priorities is find out who killed their predecessor. But can they accomplish their goals without being corrupted by a city that is known as the biggest den of sin in Rokugan?
