Ryoko Owari: City of Lies Episode 9

A hard rain and danger. As the PCs head to meet the Emerald Champion, the hand of the Emperor himself, they will have to wonder what danger lies in wait for them both in judgement, and in the shadows.

In the second largest city in the Emerald Empire, there are four new Emerald Magistrates appointed to enforce the Emperor’s laws. On the top of their list of priorities is find out who killed their predecessor. But can they accomplish their goals without being corrupted by a city that is known as the biggest den of sin in Rokugan?
